|Quick Guide To Replacement|
The tool kit is there to make it possible to disassemble your phone. The tool kit supplied allows you to do this. Once you have disassembled your phone you will be able to remove your screen/LCD assembly. You then heat up your screen, either by a heat gun or hair dryer, or even the hot plate on your hob will do this on the lowest setting. this will soften the existing glue. Using the pry tools you will be able to start to remove your broken screen from the LCD and digistizer. Once the screen has been removed you will then need to remove the old excess glue from the LCD/Digitizer. This can be done very easily with the LOCA glue remover and plastic razor blade, both supplied in this kit. Without the remover it is very hard to do. Use one of the cleaning clothes to polish the LCD/Digitizer. Once clean and polished then apply the LOCA glue (supplied in kit) to the screen and set the screen onto the LCD/Digitizer. Do it in a way that the glue is evenly applied and that there are no air bubbles. You will have some time to do this as the glue will not begin to cure until UV light or sunlight is applied. Expose the screen assembly to UV light or direct sunlight to cure the glue. This can take up to 30 minutes. You can then use the frame adhesive to secure the LCD/Screen assembly to the frame of the phone. Once this is done then you can reassemble your phone.
It is best to watch a youtube instruction video while doing this. There a lot of good guides available.
We suggest getting a professional to do the repair, however you can easily do it yourself with this repair kit. We take no responsibility for any damage to your phone that may occur while you attempt this.
